A world to discover outside your front door
Mellau is on the banks of the Mellenbach, at the foot of the Kanisfluh mountain range. This small municipality is an ideal base to explore the 2,000km of hiking trails, which range from pushchair-friendly paths to Alpine climbing routes. All these trails, plus the spectacular skiing area of Mellau-Damüls, can be reached via mountain railways. Come summer or winter, there’s plenty to do for all the family: golf, skiing, paragliding and more. Or just relax in the calmness of the mountain scenery.
